"Pretty nice place...done up in that old world chateau kind of way. Nice rooms,. Great staff. Nice poo & hot tub. Breakfast in the morning. Comfy beds. Lots of "stuff" around to do if you get bored hanging at the indoor pool.
One of the nicer places to stay."
"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I’d give them 5 stars. However the hotel itself was disappointing. Old and run down. Had to switch rooms due to broken tv and refrigerator. Carpets were old and gross. Doors had damage to them. Dresser drawers would open on their own. Breakfast was very disappointing. Barely anything offered or available to eat. Not worth the $200 spent. I’ve had better accommodations at motels and spent this amount at more upscale hotels."
Parke Regency Hotel & Conf Ctr, BW Signature Collection
6/10 Okay
"It was a great stay, and the staff were wonderful. However, my key card had to be reprogrammed several times, and on the second day of my four-day stay, I was woken up because they mistakenly thought my room was vacant.
Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay."
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bloomington-Normal West, IL
10/10 Excellent
"Not sure why previous reviews had a 7.4 rating. The hotel has new carpeting and is very clean. Currently finishing remodel. Yes, great stay for this price!"
