Nice Surprise

Our room was surprisingly nice and comfortable. The pool area is great for relaxing. Overall, a good buy.

building maintenance needs improvement. air conditioning went out leaving room incredibly warm. access from outside with key entry did not work. very clean. bed was super comfortable.

disgusting dive hotel

we picked this hotel for the location and amenities. the pool was drained. the in room coffee pot had something sticky in the bottom. i didnt even take a shower because there was mold, soap scum and hair all over the place. i felt like i was staying in a crack house. i would not recommend this hotel to homeless person.

Needs LOTS of Improvement

Hotel is being renovated, and should, in my opinion, be closed until this is completed. We were at first put into a room in a wing under construction which was dirty and only partially renovated. After complaining to management, we were moved to another room which was better, and cleaner, but still showed signs of very rough use. We had to dodge construction crews to get to or from our room.

Ramada Inn Bloomington Normal

No hot water for shower- only got to luke warm after 10 minutes as I was getting out.

Unimpressed

We found this hotel adequate, but nothing to write home about. The continental breakfast was wonderful, as was the pool area. The rooms, though clean, were nothing special. Perhaps some updating will be planned in the near future!

We'll be back

We will more than likely stay at this hotel again when we travel back down to Bloomington. It was convenient to everywhere we needed/wanted to be.
