"We stayed here two nights. The first night the sheets were so itchy!! Even my 3 year old daughter was itching all night. So I took at the blankets and sheets off the bed, the made the bed with new sheets and we slept like a dream. Also the shower was not warm at all. All that I could ask for while traveling with young kids is a nice hot shower. Nope! Be the hot tub outside had hotter water! It was not a pleasant stay at all! "

"Could have used a printer at the Business Center. Shinepay chargers were completely useless (with an android phone) and cost me $15 to find this out. Tv not able to use casting from computer so stuck with only your channels. Otherwise ok but need charging if i would consider in the future."

"Check in was terrible as no one was in the office for over 30 minutes of waiting. The ADA room had no remote for the TV. I called the office with no response. After going to the office, was told they would have to find the remote and program it, but they had to go to the store and could not do it now. Two hours later I ran into them in passing and was told they could not find the remote but would try and get me one for the next day. The next morning for breakfast, the food area was not open at the scheduled time and the breakfast was absolutely terrible. It also felt like the staff was guarding to make sure nobody was taking too much food and and made a very uncomfortable to many of the patrons as we discussed with each other. I checked out immediately with it different hotel for the rest of my stay."

"Quick spring break trip with my two teenagers. We love this hotel. Convenient location, nice and quiet. Fresh cooked omelet is a plus!"

"Very nice and clean hotel, and all the staff were very welcoming. This hotel serves breakfast from 7-9am and it’s decent. Waffles muffins cereal milk juice fruit oatmeal, coffee 24 hours a day. The only thing I didn’t like was they had Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage sandwiches and they’re terrible Lol! The best part is there is a refrigerator and a microwave in the room so you can get your breakfast and eat it later if you’d like. The pool was a little chile but the hot tub was great! "
