"The staff was not very helpful. I had to ask where my room was and how to get there. They were not very helpful with finding a good place to eat. He told me Noone eats around here. Smh"

"The man working at the front desk was really nice. The issues that we had was things were dirty like bed sheets, towels, wash cloths, tub, sink and etc. Need to look at remodeling all the units and make sure people are thoroughly cleaning everything. One of the lights did not work in the room. Rolling chair needed to be replaced because all the seat was coming off cause of the texture. Just really need to take the time and make sure they take care of the place better."

"It was good accept for being woken up at 8:40, then again an hour later by housekeeping opening our door. We would have liked to sleep in a little, seeing as checkout was at 11:00 a.m."

"I would never recommend this place it was filthy, recliner had holes in it, smelled like smoke. I actually feared for my safety as soon as we got there we did not stay. I was watched by a man opening his door watching us as we went up the stairs."

"Great hotel, location is fantastic, on the water and 3 restaurants within walking distance. Very clean and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast is minimal, but expected since it has a full kitchen in the unit. It would have been nice to have a yogurt in the morning since we were only staying one night. A little noisy in the evenings, but to be expected with 3 very good restaurants within walking distance and on the harbor. Lots of outdoor activities near by. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"This is a very clean motel. And it has Big plus in case you need to do laundry they have a washer And dryer..very nice also He people that work here make you feel like family. They are very warm And helpful to all customers I would recommend this hotel motel. As the place to stay in cullman . The manager Gary and his wife And his sweer little boy are so kind and very very nice ppl. I actually feel like this is my second home. I truly love staying here. There is. Huge field to take your animals out in . They are very animal friendly also. Just an amazing place to stay. Breakfast is included the ac in the rooms is excellent . The rooms are very very clean..and the staff makes you feel as comfortable as your own family would make you feel ...."

"Gym area seemed fine. Breakfast was nice. The staff was very nice. The hotel seemed to be having a good bit of maintenance... repairs.. one elevator was not working. Repairs were being made. The 4th floor... the bath tubs had been re caulked.... so had a heavy smell. One that can get you high. We were on the 4th... asked to be moved to another floor. Which they did. So other than so many things in the works... the hotel and staff were nice. The views were great of the lake. Many places aroind to eat "
