"The airport shuttle is a lie. In the reservation, I was told to call upon my arrival at the airport. So I decided on this hotel, a little more expensive than the others, given my goal of avoiding transportation costs. But when I called (around 8:00 pm), I was informed that the shuttle operates between 6:00 am and 5:00 pm. This is unacceptable. They should have informed it before I made the reservation. The minimum they should do is to reimburse me for the price of the transportation: $ 60.00. "

"The pool and gym were adequately appropriated. The staff was friendly ,cordial and very helpful "

"The hotel was pretty much standard and a good proximity to restaurants and formal mall. however the staff was not very helpful and every questione I asked the response was “I don’t know” There was also a lot of back and forth with me actually getting my room after a long flight which was annoying. Finally when checking out I asked if I could join the membership programme and was told no because I asked after I already checked out This staff member was overalll not very accommodative my entire stay. "

"My room has a very potent smell of marijuana from the previous person. The fact they kept this room in inventory and handed it to me smelling like that is mind boggling. Hotels.com wouldn't issue a refund either and still dealing with that ordeal. This property should not be listed on hotels.com and Extended Stay should not have their name attached to this property either. Extended Stays are reputable, but this property is run down and needs a lot of work, starting with replacing the cleaning staff who overlooks a smell like that and just keeps going. "

"Bathroom door wouldn’t close no maintenance available and the room had an horrible mildew smell my clothes smelled for days. I wouldn’t recommend that hotel to anyone!!! Staff didn’t help with my issues said no other rooms available didn’t offer a discount or anything.."

"Excellent amenities, friendly staff and clean rooms. Food is good a bit on the pricey side, but what do you expect for a resort style property? This is our third time coming back we love each visit, highly recommend recommended!!!"
