"One job, to be hospitable while providing a comfortable room for the night. I’m not concerned if some of the grout is discoloured or the paintings are a bit faded but having the hot water turn off abruptly when someone else has a shower, outside lights that light up your room all night plus a host with attitude sort of misses the point.
