"The staff were top-tier, from the front desk to the restaurant team. Everyone was friendly and incredibly helpful. The room was clean and well maintained when I arrived; however, it was disappointing that it wasn’t cleaned or serviced after two nights of my stay. Breakfast was very good for a buffet, with everything hot and of great quality. The other downside was the hotel’s location—I wish it had been closer to downtown Portland, as I wasn’t aware when booking that it was near the airport."

"The Inn smelled musty each time we entered. There was a wasp nest that led to both my husband and I getting stung. When we informed the front desk, they said they were aware of the problem, but the wasps came and went and that "we are taking care of it."
Breakfast was the same hot items each day. Other available options were yogurt cups, mini muffins, bread and bagels.
Breakfast was three houses down in another inn.
I will choose somewhere else to stay next time I visit the area."

"Outside of building was not taken care of. Tile broken and standing up in the bathroom and the carpet in the room was dirty. The room could use a little maintenance. Over all ok place to stay. the staff were friendly and helpful the breakfast was nice. The breakfast area was pretty crowded the entire time breakfast was being served. The beds in the room were fairly comfortable. I have stayed at nicer hotels for almost half the cost as this one was. I have stayed at worse places then this....

"It's a decent hotel in the process of doing some renovations. The restaurant does not appear to be open at the moment which was not a hardship for us. The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk folks were great during the day. At night, while trying to call for the shuttle one night the desk did not answer at all. The next night, the clerk gave us a bit of a runaround. But the shuttle drivers were awesome and made sure we were not left stranded downtown. Would stay here again."
