"this time the elevator was out of service....had to drag my luggage to the 2nd floor. Everytime I have stayed here one thing or another is out of service....the laundry was out last time the time before that it was the gym and this time the elevator. The staff at check in was wonderful however the staff at departure rude."

"AC worked fine. TV in the bed room is small but it worked. If you're looking for a hearty breafast. This isn't the place. They have cereal and if you're lucky you can find a banana and nutri-grain bar. Staff was nice and the room was clean with no weird smells that I noticed. All and all, it was better than I expected.
