Check in was easy, and the room was clean and comfortable. The night clerk Karissa was outstanding! She was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable of the area. She was able to give me recommendations for dinner and morning coffee, both of which were excellent! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The price and location were good, but the room conditions were very disappointing. There were ants everywhere and the bathtub was dirty and smelled bad. The room also felt very outdated and worn down. The staff was nice enough to move us to another room in the middle of the night, which we appreciated, ...
