"This property is situated right on the lake with gorgeous restful views of the lake. The pool was a must for us & we loved the outdoor pool with views of the lake. The morning breakfast buffet was fantastic with beautifully layed out daily choices. The staff are professional & aim to please. The lobby and rooms have a beautiful tasteful up to date decor. A lot of pride is taken at this hotel."

"Wir waren zu zweit für einen Wochenendtrip im HARBR Konstanz und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war sauber, hell und leise. Die Lage ist super. Nicht mittendrin im Trubel der Altstadt, aber alles einfach zu Fuß erreichbar. Allein ein paar ausgewählte Mitarbeiterinnen waren eher ignorant und man wurde bewusst ignoriert. Das entspricht nicht unbedingt dem Service, den ich mir erhoffe. Im großen und ganzen aber ein empfehlenswertes Hotel."

"The staff are outstanding. I booked a room initially just for me. The day before the trip, my wife decided to join me. I rang the hotel, and a staff member helpfully arranged the change. When we arrived at the hotel, everything was smooth. Two days before we departed, we went to ask how to leave our key as we would be depart early morning. As soon as the staff member realized that we would leave before breakfast, she immediately offered to prepare some sandwich for us the night before. We went...
