"room was excellent , foods was reasonable, staff at the dinning room are okay in general yet need to be more attentive and likely need more training as they tend to be more chitty chatty among themselves than attending to the customers ; some are polite and attentive though. overall is an excellent stay. very clean , got a yoga room that is very soothing with yoga teacher comes at 6-7 am would strongly recommend thus hotel. "

"We had an excellent stay. Hotel was very well maintained and luxurious. Centrally located and close to the popular attractions. Staff were very attentive, courteous and eager to make us feel comfortable. Mahima ji and Reena ji in house keeping ensured room was clean and welcoming. Monisho ji in dining service ensured that our specific dining needs were met. Tahseen ji and the reception staff have exceeded all our expectations."

"Would like to have at least one item that represents the local cuisine. There were none. It is high time that hotels - at least the hotels at this price and comfort range - get rid of the little plastic bottles of shampoo, conditioner etc. and bar soap. So much wastage. We were in fact very surprised that the liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner dispensers were not there. Had only one little soap bar in the whole bathroom. We were two occupants. No soap in shower. Very unhygienic. Liquid dispensers solve all of these problems. Also please leave a small towel or two to wipe off the extra water after the use of the sink."
