Great room and absolutely beautiful food we loved the spa room and the pool. The kids really enjoyed the cinema. The staff was quite rude and with attitude. No free water is absolutely ridiculous for a 4 star hotel. No drinks with a dinner is very strange. Buffet style dinner was amazing, but the portions of the evening meals were like for children.
