We waited 45 minutes to be served and when we were eventually served, we were told our children couldn’t have pancakes 1.5 hours into breakfast being open and with another 1.5 hours to go. "Nice hotel. The concierges was lovely when I arrived and asked me about my day. The room needs a little upgrade and the door needs soundproofing as heard next door coming and going all night but other than that it was nice"
