La experiencia no fue tan buena, tenĆa mĆ”s expectativas.
En dĆas anteriores incluso antes de consignar el 50% preguntĆ© si podĆamos hacer el check in a las 10 am a lo que me respondieron vĆa whatssapp que no era posible pero que podĆa disfrutar de las zonas comunes hasta el momento de ingreso a la habitaciĆ³n, lo cual para mi fue muy bueno y por ello hice el abono. El dĆa domingo cuando llego al hotel tipo 9 o 10 am me dicen que no es posible acceder a las zonas comunes y que el check in era a las 3. Junto con mi pareja nos tocĆ³ reinventarnos y hacer otros planes, el check in fue pasadas las 3 de la tarde.
Ahora bien el dĆa lunes a la 1:00 en punto bajaron los tacos y nos dejaron sin luz, lo cual en mi concepto es de muy mala educaciĆ³n ya que pues es entendible que uno debe entregar a esa hora pero tampoco que ya exactamente tengamos que entregar.
El servicio es bueno al igual que la alimentaciĆ³n.

El hotel es limpio y en el centro, lo cual facilita ir caminando a comer o a tomar algo. sin embargo por su ubicaciĆ³n es muy ruidoso.

Mal hotel muy caro para lo que ofrece
El hotel es muy costoso para lo que ofrece, las habitaciones son pequeƱas, la poscina tambien lo es, no como se ve en la foto, el servicio del personal es malo, el parqueadero no es en el hotel y tuvimos que esperar cerca de 20 minutos para dejar y recoger el vehiculo, el hotel esta en un lugar muy ruidoso que hace muy dificil el descanso, adicional a ello se fue el agua en la noche y al hacer el check in me cobraron mas de lo que aparecia en la reserva
