Beautifully Decorated Lobby

From the moment we walked in, we were wowed by the beautifully decorated lobby featuring the art installation ‘Despertares’, created from recycled materials by Rafael Espitia—it’s breathtaking and unique. Our room was equally impressive, with a spacious terrace complete with a jacuzzi, sofa, table, and chairs. The combination of thoughtful design and comfort made our stay truly special!

Service can't be any better

An amazing stay at this hotel. Every member of the staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The level of service is 10 plus. My room was large with floor to ceiling window. The restaurant has an extensive menu with excellent quality. The location is excellent with ATM, stores and restaurants all around.

The positive, the staff were nice, professional and the breakfast was ok. The negative was the AC. It doesn’t cool good and on top of that at 11:30pm it’s programmed to shut off. Every night about 1:00 am, I had to wake up to turn the AC on, the room was hit and stuffy. Waking up every night to turn the AC messed up my sleeping.

Bad Service Restaurant

The reception and room service are good; the only inconvenience I had was on October 6th with the person assisting in the restaurant, and precisely today, October 7th, the same lady was there. She is very rude and lacks customer service training. On two occasions, I had to get up to ask her to help us with the coffee because we already had everything and our breakfast was almost over, but she was reluctant to assist us. When she finally brought the coffee, it was like a hurricane, and my mother's dress got splashed due to her rudeness and lack of service. The restaurant service is good, but these individuals with such an attitude undermine the overall experience.
