At the moment of check in I was told I had a 10usd credit the I can use in the restaurant, the I can charged to the room and pay it at the check out, so when I check out and claim the 10usd credit the girl in the lobby told that the credit was not available, bottom line the lied to me and deceived me with that information, that was very uncomfortable and disappointing for me.

The place was not perfect, but what hotel is? The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff were terrific. I read some reviews that the breakfast was not worth the money, but I thought it was. The food was of top quality, and the staff went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend and will return on my next visit.
