This is a classic Colombian hotel very large but quiet in that you don't see or hear other people in the hotel all that much unless you go to the Lobby or the Restaurant. Good location in that it's pretty close to the airport and there is a lot to do in the area but be mindful that after dark the neighborhood can be a bit sketchy.

Staff qas overall professional. The suite I reserved has issues with the shower. Not enough towels for 3 Guests. No kitchen utensils. A refrigerator thta did not work. The next morning the supplied a small fridge, towwrls and sent the plumber to fix the shower. Even though they were proactive fixing the issues. All those things should not be happening. This is not a lower cost stay and I shouldn’t have deal with repairs during my stay.

Great hotel in "not the best area at night" in the center of Bogota. Lots of sights to see in that area just have to be mindful at night if walking around. Breakfast was amazing, great customer service, rooms are large and nice. Hotel is usually fairly crowded I have stayed there probably 10 to 15 times over the last 10 years or so. Pretty close to the airport so convenient if you have an early flight.
