It is definetly a coming back property. When I return to Bogota, this will be my stay again! Staff was great, the room was super clean. The kitchenette was very innovative. For me, I have never used an Instacook so there was a learning curve for me, but after reading a quick tutorial, it was a breeze. Overall, it surpassed any expectactions i had! Thanks to all, to Jalo and the Unique Mine Staff!

Very nice building and friendly staff. I was just disappointed in the fact that the stove wouldn’t work. Also lots of noise at night. I’m not sure exactly what it was but loud noises.

If you're okay with a small luxury apartment this is a great place to stay. Extremely affordable, very nice and peaceful in a relatively upscale area of the city. If you're a single traveler definitely worth. Couples might find it a little cramped for space. Overall a great experience!

The room was great and the building was good location and good security but my experience was poor. Upon arrival (after the 3pm check in) i was told room not ready so eventually got it at 4.30pm. Then they tried to charge $2 to access the building! I was exhausted from fight delays and this was poor experience. Once in the room the safe was not working and they wanted me to wait in for them to come over when I only had 1 day in Bogota. Very very poor customer experience

I booked this place because of the pool. My son really wanted a place with a pool but guess what we only took one look at it and that was it. The amount of chorine they put in it has to be unhealthy. The strong smell is unbearable so not no worth the money. At least what they advertised is what you get except for the pool. So since I ended up spending money unnecessarily I give it 3 start out of 5.

Here is a clear, professional, and firm complaint rewrite: --- This property operates in a misleading way. They double-book rooms, charge guests, and then fail to issue refunds, blaming it on a “glitch in the app.” Communication is nearly impossible—there is no direct way to reach them, and even a Hotels.com representative was unable to make contact. To make matters worse, access to the building is controlled by facial recognition, creating additional obstacles for guests. Overall, this was a very frustrating and unacceptable experience.
