"The room facility seems be a bit old, there is mold around the bathtub, the carpet is old, the hinges on the outlet drawer and fridge door were fallen off time to time, one of window screen was not working etc. But the stuff are very helpful and they always responded my requests and helped to fix the problem as quick as they can. "I have stayed at Citic Airport Hotel, formerly Sino Swiss Hotel over 100 nights from 2001- 2019. 30 years ago, this was one of the top hotels in Beijing, and certainly number one or two near the airport.
