"Clean rooms and helpful staff. Sometimes I could smell cigarette smoke in the hallways, so I think it would be helpful to have NO SMOKING signs posted both in the hallways and the individual rooms."

"How to start!? I'm visiting this Hotel for more than 10 years now, almost every year! It was a well kept, immaculately clean Hotel (Mader) with gorgeous staff in every way.
