"O Hotel em si não é ruim. É administrado de forma a visar apenas lucro, sem pensar no bem estar do hóspede, mesmo porque você nem mesmo é tratado como cliente. Reservei o hotel com 5 meses de antecedência para passar o Natal com o meu filho de 20 anos, conversei diretamente com o responsável do hotel antes de efetivar a reserva via site da Hoteis.com, e nada do que foi combinado fora cumprido.
