"O espaço não corresponde a nenhuma das fotos aqui apresentadas; o edifício ficava 3 casas acima daquela que era suposto ser; nenhuma foto corresponde à do quarto que recebemos; muito barulhento, não há isolamento de som nos corredores, ouve-se tudo o que se passa nos quartos ao lado, as empregadas de limpeza para limparem quartos livres de manhã incomodam imenso com o barulho, as toalhas não foram mudadas diariamente nem reposto papel higiénico, chuveiro e paredes sujas. "Excellent location! Steps from the lifts⛷️ Beautiful hotel w very good dining options! I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff were all amazing as well, especially Lydia (my Pilates instructor at Melia SolyNieve) I can’t wait to come back next year :) Thanks Melia "

"This was a pearl just putside Granada that we enjoyed a lot. The two guys running the place (we assume they did at least) really made us feel at home and relax. The balcony with the pool and eating place offered a great view of Granada end the Sierra, which we took delight of greatly."
