"Staff was great and accommodating especially the Bezawit at the Front Desk went above and beyond to check me in early in the morning when I checked out of the nearby hotel as their elevator was not working and I didn’t like to stay there anymore. She was pleasant and offered me a lot of helpful information about the area and hotel amenities. I would give the hotel a solid 4.5 star. Everything was working, modern and well-kept. Breakfast was great too. I would definitely stay there every time I go back to visit. "

"It’s a very handy hotel built for easy transit, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and there’s wifi. TV’s don’t tend to work, but that’s not a problem for me. Check in staff are always polite and helpful. The rooms need maintenance, every room I have stayed in, around 8 times in the last month have either water leaks from the sink, broken hoses for toilets, all have had the sink plug disconnected. Showers are tepid at best. Breakfast food is good, but staff are super lazy, tables aren’t reset, I asked for cutlery and a table to wiped down.. didn’t happen, I got cutlery from another table with a solo diner, coffee cups are non existent until you ask and so on. If it’s not included in your room rate, go to one of the cafes near A-gates, don’t pay to eat here."
