"It was an okay stay. The bellman at the front, Alberto, was really nice and made my stay better. He was the nicest. The other staff, in my opinion, not so pleasant. The hotel is in a good spot in Bocagrande, within walking distance of many restaurants and money exchange spots also the hotel is pretty clean and tidy "

"Stayed at Bastión Luxury Hotel and had a great experience overall. The hotel was very clean, organized, and well maintained throughout the stay. One of the best parts was the location. Everything was nearby within the walled city as well as Getsemani and easily accessible, which made getting around very convenient. Breakfast was included and offered buffet-style options along with eggs made to order. While the breakfast was somewhat subpar compared to the rest of the hotel experience, there were still enough choices to satisfy different tastes and start the day off comfortably. Overall, a pleasant stay and a great option for convenience, cleanliness, and comfort."
