Excellent location. Large and comfortable room with modern touches and a very generous bathroom, including a full sized tub. The bed could have been more comfortable but otherwise everything about the hotel was great. You really can’t beat the location. Would come back here anytime.

The property was excellent for an older hotel. It was clean and everything seemed in working order. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was on point, with many options and tasty meats and cheeses. One huge point was the gluten free options. My travel companion is extremely allergic to wheat and the options for her were outstanding. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay here in single room- clean, ample storage space, safe, TV and minibar. Location is excellent- literally a minute from main piazza. Staff were friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of savoury and sweet choices, Highly recommended!

The bed arrangement was perfect for my sister and I. (Two twin beds) The bathroom was a little challenging for showering due to the location of the toilet and tub. There was approximately 12 inches between the two. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast which was included was very tasty. It also had an elevator which was helpful for getting our luggage to our room on the third floor. The location was very close to the basilica with shopping and cafes very convenient.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. The breakfast was amazing. The shower was very tiny and the room definitely smelled of old smoke. However it had an old world feel and the air conditioning was working. Overall great stay for the two nights we were there.

Lovely hotel in a great central location, less than a minutes walk from the Piazza but inside the hotel was peaceful. The staff were friendly, the rooms really spacious and the breakfast was great. Also a bonus that the Air Conditioning was fully controllable. I would highly recommend and stay there again!
