"Spoke to a lady named Jessica. She is was very kind and considerate and allowed early check in my father. He had flown in a long trip from England, very tired and is elderly. I felt reassured all the way in England that my dad would be taken care of. The room was prepared by housekeeping earlier than expected and it jsut made his day as he could sleep and rest after a difficult and very long journey of air travel and several flights! "BW Halton Hills is one of the best accommodations we have run across in many countries for the purpose of simply finding a great place to stay. We visited Georgetown to see relatives not as tourists. The BW HH is actually a motel in fantastic condition. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Great hot breakfast room. Staff for breakfast and room cleaning extremely helpful and friendly. I have never before in a Review given a PERFECT score but BE HH gets one from me"
