Great stay with perfect connections

Great staff at check in and the bars. Had the chance to talk about the stadium, local area and Bolton wanderers. Great and safe experience getting through the process. Small issue was that the room didn't have cups (probably covid related) but would have been nice to have a disposable one. Fan was provided as the room was a bit hot but this wasn't ideal as it made a little noise. Small issues though as the bed was super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also very good quality. Location is ideal for travel

Friendly front desk service, all other shocking

Service at front desk was very good and friendly. Paid £13 for a breakfast that was terrible. Bacon was like cardboard and they had no drinks out. Coffee machine was broke and different offer any other alternative which was terrible.

Great stay!

Great hotel. Room was clean and had a great view looking out to the football pitch. Handy being next to the retail park to grab food and shop. Definitely stay again!

The property is centrally situated and the breakfast area is quite spacious. The rooms were very hot and openinh the window meant it was noisy. .

Excleent hotel but cold room.

The only part I marked down was comfort. I'm not a 'cold' person but the room was very cold. The radiator was extremely hot but it was behind curtains. The curtains themselves were very nice, but very thick! Consequently virtually no heat could be felt on the 'room side' of them, I ended up leaving the curtains open overnight to get heat in the room - luckily it is winter, so I was up before it got light. But others may not like doing this.

Comfortable stay

Stayed overnight for the football. Spacious suite however some of the decor is a bit worn. Very comfortable however not necessarily worth the inflated match day price tag.

Do not book the junior suite!

Booked this room thinking it would be big and a bit better than the other rooms but it's in fact worse! The room was cold so mentioned to the receptionist that it didn't look like the heating system or air con was working and was told "yes the room you're staying in isn't advertised as having heating". I was absolutely appalled, how can a hotel have no heating?! Me and my husband were worried about our 2 year old getting cold but we were just told that there is a portable heater in our room. The room is really basic, you can't even move the kettle because it nailed to the drawer it's in just in case someone try's to steal it! The pillows are like something you'd expect to see in prison so I got zero sleep. We couldn't wait to leave!
