otelin genel imkanları çok güzel . (spa, yürüyüş parkuru ) ancak fiyat peformans olarak gereksiz pahalı. Çalışanlarının da güler yüzlü olduğunu söyleyemeyeceğim. Özellikle yemek alırken bir yemekten daha fazla istediğinizde zorla tabağa koymaları sinir bozucuydu. Odalar konforlu. Hizmet kalitesi arttırılabilir.

Amazing

It is a mazing place for couples and families, so many facilities for all. The breakfast and dinner are wonderful. You can also take a bicycle and have a tour in the park or outside

Awesome place and scenic

Brilliant hotel and facilities. Location is awesome and surreal surrounded by lush green everywhere. Muharram the manager is very hospitable and provided the best customer service.

Genel olarak aile oteli, o anlamda güzel. Ancak covid nedeniyle kahvaltıda uzun kuyrukta beklemek zorunda kalıyorsunuz, bence farklı bir düzenleme yapılmalı. Ayrıca oda temizliği için kaldığımız 2.gün saat 16:00 civarında biz söyleyince gelindi. Hizmetli sayısı yeterli değil sanırım

At peace with the world in Gazelle Resort and Spa

A very relaxing place. Feeling at home in a peaceful environment, close to every possible sightings points around Bolu. Precautions against COVID of course. The food and accomodations are as rich as the welcoming service. The spa is a must try. Looking forward to come back.

Very beautiful hotel. Especially good with small child. But too many guests and all area was very busy. I couldnt get proper hotel guide like dinner, breakfast, spa.

Good choice for families

The hotel is very near to Ankara So that you do not get tired when you arrive. Not so crowded. The pool and the spa is open up 11 pm. A percect place for a weekend with the family.

biri bebek,biri 7yaşında kızlarımızla aile olarak gittiğimiz otel,ara tatilde olduğundan çok kalabalıktı.Bunu en çok çalışanların davranışlarından hissettim.Resepsiyon , gelen aramaları kabul etmeyip telefonun fişini çekmesini gözümüzle gördük.odamızda klima iyi ısıtmıyordu.Odaya girdiğimizde ek yataklarımız gelmemişti.odaya giriş yaptığımızda resepsiyona ulaşabildim ama 3 saat sonra Hala yataklar gelmediği için kaç kez aradıysam da hiç ulaşamadım. eşim resepsiyona İnerek kendi söyledi. ayrıca klima da iyi ısıtmıyordu.ilave Isıtma da çok süre sonra geldi. Yani bu problemler olabilir. yatak geç gelebilir ,ısıtmada da sıkıntı olur çözülür .ama sorun kalabalık olacağı belli olan bir hafta için yeterli personel ayarlanmamasında ve müşterinin hoşgörüyle karşılanmaması. ve yemekleri bence beş yıldızlı bir otele, hatta bu fiyat politikasında müşterilerini ağırlayan bir otele yakışmıyor. Bulunduğu alan itibari ile Doğal güzelliği açısından çok güzel olan bir yer. Bolu zaten çok güzel ama açıkçası bu hizmeti almak için İstanbul’dan gelmeye gerek olmadığını düşünüyorum. Ayrıca otele akşamüstü giriş yaptık yemekten sonra havuza inmeyi planlıyorduk. Çocuklar saat 8:00’den sonra yetişkin havuzunda yüzemediğinden eşimle ayrı yüzmek durumunda kaldık. Üstelik bebek arabasını kadınlar havuzundaki basamaklardan tek başıma indiremediğim için yardım istemek için havlu alınan yere kadar gittim,bir personel bulamadım. Çok görmek istediğim bir oteldi ,malesef büyük hayal kırıklığı oldu.

Place is Amazing within a wonderful Forrest, good breakfast and dinner, very kind staff , what was bad is that when we got in the room the cleaning staff left the windows open which let in a lot of bugs that i had to get rid of.

The place was so nice for families .its clean and many things to do .. but the stuff was horrible.. they don’t speak English . And they have a translator she was very rude wen we came to the hotel she told us that there are some rules (keep your room clean or we will charge you!!!!) i was shocked i never ever heard something like this in a 5 star hotel !! Also they charge us wen we ask for a tooth brush !! ..

Terrible service. Never consider the requirement of customers. I paid more than one thousand Turkish Lira for one night accommodation and was rejected for one bottle of free water valued at two Lira. The parking lot is in horrible shape with cars disordered parking. The facility is old and noises are everywhere. You even can hear noises from next door. The check out counter is terribly managed and you have to wait for more then 20 minutes to have a service with bad attitude. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed and will never recommend my friends to come. 爛飯店，不值得一住

Resepsiyonda görevli bayanlar dışında tatilimiz ve otelimizden memnunuz. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendiler sanki yeni başlamış gibiler dünyadan ve otelden haberleri yok gibiydi. Bizi birkaç kez yanlış bilgilendirdiler, ilgisiz davrandılar hatta başlarından bir an önce savmak istiyorlarmış gibi bir tavırları vardı. Bunun dışında temizlik personeli, garsonlar, spa, doğa ve özellikle yemekler (aşçılara teşekkürler) güzeldi.

GREAT RESORT BUT....ROOM OF IMPROVEMENT

Hotel is really wide, and looks very attractive at a glance; afterwards everything is confirmed especially when you visit the resort SPA which is really great. Rooms have all the comfort, and despite of some lack of maintenance you can really relax. Restaurant offers a buffet or a la carte, and quality of food is good with a sufficient variety of possibile selections. The only truoble we encountered with the reception at check-out, when we understood that they charged all the cost on a single credit card without any prior notice to us, and then refused to cancel and do the correct invoices as we requested; important is to consider that booking was expressely set as "payment at the hotel", and not pre-paid one. This caused some trouble and reaction from the staff was quite annoying. It's a pity because all the rest is really great….this lead me to think twice for next time….

Worst stay in a 5-stars hotel..

The room was not in the main building but in the small building next to it, which has very beautifully designed rooms but everything in it is very old and dirty (even the toilet was dirty!!) we couldn’t sleep or use the bathroom at all.. No internet connection in these rooms (in the main building the internet is pretty good) Telephons did not work! No air conditioning in one room and the other had an ac that doesn’t work! Basically nothing inside the room was good My advice: take just a single night and check the surroundings of the gazelle hotel because they are amazing and have that night in the main building of the hotel, do not accept to be in the small building
