"Excellent and friendly staff, they could not do more to be helpful. Spacious room, well appointed. Fine dining at 8:30 pm is a set menu, very well prepared and presented. Fine wines available. Be aware, the property can be difficult to locate on GPS. Nearest landmark is Casa Marcos restaurant, which is near the waterfalls. Once there, go South and their road is marked, to the right. Highly recommended when visting the waterfalls and castles in the area."

"Estuvimos alojados en este hotel durante las Navidades y la experiencia fue muy buena. El personal fue siempre muy agradable y atento, y las instalaciones estaban muy bien cuidadas. Destacamos especialmente la habitación familiar, situada en la primera planta, algo muy cómodo cuando se viaja con niños y carros, ya que evitamos tener que usar el ascensor, que suele estar siempre lleno y resulta imprescindible en estos casos.
El buffet estaba bien, aunque la variedad de opciones para niños era...
