This hotel is a failed attempt at reproducing the hospitality we have grown used to at Sheraton Hotels. From our first to our last interaction staff at this hotel were subpar. It's hard to describe, but it felt like staff acted pervasively grumpy and snobby despite the entire hotel being quite average. The breakfast buffet was of low quality and felt like somebody had made a Walmart run to produce a large quantity of items. There are many choices in Bolzano, I recommend skipping this one.

Die Klimaanlage konnte man nicht ausschalten. Die Hotelbar war nicht zugänglich da die Eishockey Hooligans aus der Bar entfernt werden mussten.

Zur Durchfahrt ein spitzen Hotel, das Personal und der Service waren super Spitze und unglaublich Kinderfreundlich. Auch auf besondere Allergien, wie eine Glutenunverträglichkeit wurde direkt und mit guten Alternativen sowohl im Hauptrestaurant wie auch beim Frühstück eingegangen. Ein rund um klasse Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt Messenahe, was ein wenig an ein Industriegebiet erinnert, aber das war ein kleiner Wermutstropfen für eine schnelle Weiterfahrt nach Nord Italien. Gerne wieder und vielen Dank.

Excellent hotel for the facilities - gym and especially pool ware both great. The breakfast options were also really good. Unfortunately outside the hotel it is quite noisy and busy. Parking on the road was cheap.

Excelente el Four Points by Sheraton Bozano

Sin duda un gran hotel con muy buenas instalaciones. Su único defecto es que esta lejos del centro, sin embargo con los pases de transporte público de cortesía que dan, eso queda resuelto. El 7o piso Heaven, es una delicia. Con todo lo necesario para pasar un rato increible en el vapor, sauna o camas de descanso. Sin duda una gran opción.
