"Excellent experience — highly recommended
We had a wonderful stay at Refúgio da Lagoinha from beginning to end. Communication was excellent from our very first contact. Everything was clearly explained to us — how the property works, what was available, and everything we needed to know to enjoy our stay.
The owners and staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The entire property is very well maintained and surrounded by beautiful natural vegetation, which gives the pousada a peaceful and authentic atmosphere.
One detail we really appreciated was their small but surprisingly well-stocked convenience/snack area. You can purchase drinks, snacks and other useful items right at the property — they even have charcoal available. It may sound like a small thing, but it makes the stay much more convenient.
The location is outstanding. You are very close to both Praia da Lagoinha and Praia da Sepultura, where you can swim in beautiful water and feed the fish. Refúgio da Lagoinha even provides fish food to guests at no additional charge, which was a thoughtful touch and made the experience even more enjoyable.
What stood out most was the attention to detail. From the communication and friendliness to the cleanliness, landscaping, convenience and location, everything contributed to a great experience.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Refúgio da Lagoinha to anyone visiting Bombinhas."
