"Sugiero que se este más al pendiente de las reservaciones en línea para que la espera en el check-in sea menos; la verdad es que no me agrado mucho que a nuestra llegada la habitación no estuviera lista y que por ello nos hayan dado otra habitación, entiendo que hayan tenido contratiempos pero creo que fueron bastantes en nuestra estancia, ya que también tuvimos escases de agua por no decir nula. "I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. First, they gave me a wrong room—I had booked a quadruple, but they gave me a single. Then, I found a cookie inside a drawer, and a cockroach actually came out of it. To make matters worse, one of the sinks was also not working. The rooms were not clean at all. I expected a much better experience—definitely won’t be returning."
