"Residence le Pastel Jeanne d’Arc – Toulouse Very disappointing stay 👎 The only positive thing about this place is the convenient location. Unfortunately, everything else was far below expectations. The room was very small, old, and had an unpleasant smell. The overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable and even a bit creepy, which made it hard to relax. We originally booked and paid for two nights, but after the first night, we decided to leave early because we simply didn’t feel comfortable...
