"Worst experience I have had in 40 years of traveling…beds was hard, rooms small…waiting to check in for 30 mins while staff talked on the phones. 1000 check which is earlier than normal. They did have good toast for breakfast. Would never recommend to anyone and many better hotels for same price or less"

"Not Five star for us. The building air conditioning was off for service all four days, our room bedding, glasses and cutlery weren’t changed even when we requested, and our door deadbolt lock was broken."

"Staff were so helpful and friendly! The food when we ate in the hotel restaurant was great. The only issue really was with our bathroom, every time you used the shower it basically flooded the place, but for a short stopover stay this hotel was worth it for location alone! "

The spa facilities were a huge highlight for us. The different pools, including the lavender and ginseng options, were incredibly soothing and well-maintained. It really felt like a full wellness experience rather than just a hotel stay. The rooms were comfortable, stylish, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The staff was also friendly and accommodating, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, this was easily one of our favorite stays, and we would definitely come back again. "wow, that was… the worst accommodation experience of my life. before booking, please note: this is a LOVE HOTEL. starting with the website, which doesn’t say a single word about it and promises “relaxing after a day of sightseeing”. the bed you’re going to “relax” on is hard like rock tho. oh, and we don’t provide A BLANKET. I would’ve accepted all minor inconveniences, but what’s with the absence of a blanket? I even double checked —the photos on the website have it, the lady at the reception tells me they don’t. even though I didn’t notice any visible dirty spots, staying there was gross and I didn’t have a single night when I would’ve sleep normally. please don’t book this place if you don’t want to ruin your trip."
