hotel básico apenas pra descanso.

Não oferecia café conforme anuncio, limpeza irregular pois não trocavam os lenções e cochas de cama, as toalhas só se pedisse, internet péssima.

O forte do hotel é a localização, o mais bem localizado que eu vi, dobrou a esquina e ja está de frente com os melhores estabelecimentos... Esse titulo de hotel não representa bem o que é esse estabelecimento, está mais pra estalagem algo desse tipo, o quarto que eu fiquei era confortável com frigobar é ar condicionado, banheiro razoavelmente grande, café da manhã e básico, os funcionários não tem autonomia pra resolver ou ajudar em nada, a recepção não é 24horas. É um bom lugar para hóspedes independentes, e para quem dispensa formalidades. Os administradores do hotel são bem atenciosos, tem um atendimento diferenciado. Porém os funcionários que ficam no hotel não podem te ajudar em nada.

Péssimo serviço prestado

Reservamos o hotel para pagamento no momento do check in e ao chegar lá descobrimos que o gerente já havia debitado metade da hospedagem no cartão de crédito, mesmo que tenhamos confirmado a reserva. Quando questionado ao atendente, ele não soube explicar disse que foi um procedimento do gerente dele. O quarto é a reserva oferecia TV , e a TV não funcionava. No quarto não tinha sinal, mas na sala comum sim. Quando questionei, foi informado que era um problema dá região. Mas engraçado que na sala comum pegava. O banheiro com janelas quebradas e sujo. Móveis antigos. A localização é boa. O único ponto positivo do hotel. Mesmo com a reclamação de todos os pontos em momento nenhum o gerente veio dar uma satisfação ou tentar melhorar a situação. Não houve abatimento de preços. É informado alguns serviços que o hotel não possui.

Boa localização e quarto ruim

Atendimento dos funcionários muito bom! Porém, Wi fi muito ruim, cama ruim, chuveiro ou aguá muito quente ou muito gelada e descarga do banheiro demorava 1 dia para encher. Café da manhã muito gostoso porém simples, sem muitas variedades. Localização excelente, bem no centro!

quarto sem janela (apenas vitrais no wc) muito abafado. café da manhã sofrível. wifi fez-me lembrar da Internet discada - péssimo. não valeu o custo
