I was upset, but they said I’ll be refunded for the difference. I reached out several time to the property, to Expedia and they weren’t able to help. "I never stayed there! Although hotels.com charged my card once I did the booking, when I arrived there the hotel informed me that they don’t have my booking! And they don’t have any contract with hotels.com! I requested a refund from hotels.com because it’s not my fault but I never got it!"
