"Ouidah is my favorite place in the whole world and this hotel offers a peaceful getaway that I would choose over and over again. I recommend the sea view rooms, though the lakeview are nice as well. I just personally like being beachfront. The staff go above and beyond here. Food and drinks are delicious and decently priced for a resort. "I booked for a senior suite. I was placed in a junior suite because even though I had already paid they double booked it and gave it to someone else. I was upset, but they said I’ll be refunded for the difference. I reached out several time to the property, to Expedia and they weren’t able to help. Even tho I was given a receipt with the amount to be refunded. Now I am filling a claim with my bank. Additionally, the food was terrible, they only have one iron on the entire property which I needed...

"I never stayed there! Although hotels.com charged my card once I did the booking, when I arrived there the hotel informed me that they don’t have my booking! And they don’t have any contract with hotels.com! I requested a refund from hotels.com because it’s not my fault but I never got it!"
