not a 5 star hotel

The property is beautiful, the room is very clean but do not have The amenities of a 5 star hotel the TV did not work, one day we didn't have hot water to shower. I have to ask for shampoo. you only have one towel a day is a nice country house. But that is all.

A tranquil place to stay for Santiago.

We stayed for three nights in June 2015. Arriving late afternoon we were warmly welcomed and before being shown to our room asked if we would like supper. The gardens are beautiful with a lovely sunset view, and the pool is very clean. Meals were local recipes, with no choice of courses, we enjoyed them but anyone with special requests would need to advise beforehand. Patricia, who manages the hotel, had had a new baby only two days before but was readily available to advise on trips, etc For this not wanting to drive into Santiago Patricia showed us where to drive into A Susana (10 minutes) in order to catch the hourly service bus into Santiago. She marked our map with places of interest and where the bus stops were. The hotel is also very convenient for touring the north west coast up to Fisterra, which is well worth the drive. Overall we are very pleased that we stayed three nights, as it gave time to see Santiago and the coastal areas with the benefits of being able to arrive back into comfortable surroundings.

Lovely country house

We first went to this house when walking from ourense. The owner was very welcoming. The food is all home made and very nice. A very restful time Lestedo is a small town outside of Santiago, so ideal for exploring the area

Buena casa de turismo rural y para visitar Santiag

Muy agradable, lugar muy bonito y bien llevado. Era lo que esperábamos por la publicidad. La única pega es la falta de aire acondicionado. En general lo recomiendo.
