Gradevole soggiorno, ma… con due appunti

Le stanze sono belle, letti comodi, bagno grande. Personale molto gentile, la parte piscina/Whirlpool ottimo per un momento di relax. Ad una struttura così dare di base un eccellente, ma ci sono due appunti negativi: In primis quando é scritto la colazione é inclusa dovrebbe esserlo veramente. Invece ti danno un po‘ di frutta, con due pezzi di pane tostato incluso nel prezzo della stanza come colazione. Se invece volessi fare una vera colazione la paghi a parte. L‘abbiamo fatta e il cuoco é veramente bravo e le colazioni a pagamento sono superlativi. Ma… per un albergo che si vanta di essere uno dei migliori a Boquete per me é un po‘ una caduta di stile. La seconda questione é più delicata. La mattina dopo la prima notte avevo le braccia piene di lividi da cimici da letto. Fortunamente ci hanno subito cambiato la stanza. Comunque anche nel secondo letto ho trovato dei cappelli probabilmente del cliente precedente e per questo non posso dare un voto più alto. Migliorerei il controllo della pulizia delle stanze, perché il posto in se é veramente bello e come scritto sopra il personale alla reception veramente molto gentili, professionali e disponibili. Spero che la mia esperienza con le cimici sia solo stato una esperienza singola.

Excelente atención por parte de todo el personal en especial de Arelys (host/anfitriona), la habitación muy cómoda y completa, al igual que sus instalaciones, sus jardines acompañados del riachuelo te hacen desconectar del estrés del día a día. Muy recomendado para ir en pareja

Lovely stay in Boquete.

The Haven and Span is great. Walking distance to Boquete's downtown area and the rooms are lovely. We enjoyed the breakfast brought to the room, although the ham sandwich was not very good and not appropriate for a non-pork eater. The worst part of our stay was due to the fact that the flower festival was in full bloom and the music went on until early morning. Sleeping was quite difficult due to the noise.

Paradise haven in Boquete

The Haven was a wonderful place to stay, a hidden paradise in the mountains. I felt so relaxed and the facilities were fantastic. The most impressive fitness suite I've see in a long time.

The stay was just wonderful, the hotel is truly a heaven. The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is served to the room at the time you want. Facilities (gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna) are all perfect to have a relaxing time. Will definitely recommend to others and would stay again. Location is very quite and still close to everything with the short drive.

This property was very beautiful and accommodating. On the second night of our stay the hotel alarm went off. It took at least an hour to contact and have hotel staff attend to the alarm. We are not used to hotels that do not have staff working or on site at night to deal with something like this. Staff were so polite and apologetic. A system that alerts staff and guests would be of benefit. Hotel staff were so good at providing us with breakfast options that did not have nuts...a big deal for us.
