"Staffs were great ! Found it difficult to unload luggage's at the front of the hotel because of limited parking space ! ( it's a one way street , you might be blocking the car behind you ) Also , the gym equipments were malfunctioned!"

"The hotel is beautiful and very centrally located. You are close to many great sites and public transit. The staff members were amazing and friendly, and it room was very comfortable. I would stay here again without hesitation. We didn't eat there but the menu looked very tempting... that's for my next trip. A+!"

"Hotel very handy for the tram and the Stade Atlantique. Room large and clean, but no fridge, and toilet separate to bathroom and without a basin. Decor nicely done in mid-century modern, to match the building's age. Breakfast could have been slightly better organised and staffed. Gym area had a few cardio machines and small dumbbells, and the swimming pool (outdoor, opened the day we arrived) was accessed via a narrow walkway on the outside of the 1st floor so I didn't bother looking! The area is just hotels and restaurants, and the conference centre. I can't imagine a similar place in the UK without a convenience store of some kind but there wasn't anything close by. "

"Great location if you want to be close to the train. A bit of a yucky walk with not much else around. Was excited for a roof top bar/restaurant, they only serve 3 course meals, no options for bar snacks or lighter meals which was disappointing. Rooms are beautiful, just very noisy! Especially my third night when I had to change rooms as it was an additional booking, was under the kitchen and they banged around until after 11 and were back at 530, so impossible to sleep. Absolutely do not use the laundromat near the train station, very scary and unsafe. "

"Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel. Pros: Great location near shopping/old town. Hotel staff very attentive. Rooms clean and well maintained. Cons: Repairs/scaffolding underway create noise and visual impairment out windows. Pigeons (birds) are in the walls/ceilings of several rooms... they have penetrated through the roof or air vents (noise). Bathroom shower stall very small and shower floor dangerously slippery. Neutral: Breakfast buffet good at fair price, but scrambled eggs are really a mix of eggs and milk (horrible taste)."
