most helpful service on arrival as reception was able to trace a bag left in a cab from the airport with no name of company or driver. fresh breakfast, clean room and excellent service, I would recommend a stay there.
Fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel. Located within easy walking distance of shops, cafes and supermarket, plus a Roman ruin to visit just across the road! Staff were lovely and very accommodating. There is a tram stop about ten mins walk away, but you can easily walk into town as well - very flat city. J’adore!
Staff is great and very helpful with directions and recommendations.
Housekeeping had a habit of turning on the towel heater to 29 C and leaving it on all day with the door closed. Also not great with masking sure bath supplies were stocked. But would definitely stay there again.
Clean, quiet, friendly, great location, and breakfast.
We really liked the location. Plenty of access (walking and tram) to the main areas without the higher price of hotels nearer to those areas. The staff is wonderful!
Lovely boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious rooms and modern furnishings. Beautiful decorations. Staff very helpful. 15 minutes walking distance to center.
The hotel makes you feel welcome and the staff was excellent. Room we had was comfortable, one of the smaller rooms. Breakfast was nice and worth the cost for the convenience. Would definitely stay here again.
What a fantastic boutique hotel experience this was! The staff was immensely, courteous, and capable with great suggestions on how to get around and where to go. The hotel itself is super quaint and very well-maintained. Would recommend this to anyone looking to stay elsewhere other than one of the big properties.
Excellent hotel with excellent service. Upon arrival, we were given great infotmation about the area and the tram service.
Every employee we met was top notch
Thank you
Super chic vibe, quiet stret, well located for city centre, staff friendly and helpful. Area has limited breakfast options so we went for hotel buffet - a little pricey but very well done. Would be happy to return for a couple of nights.
Excellent location 10 to 15 minute walk to main shopping and eating areas. Access to tram system only a few minutes away Hotel clean and tidy would recommend booking car parking as they is limited spaces. Breakfast was good with a variety of fresh items bread, croissants, meats and cheeses etc
The hotel is in a quiet area near the park. Many dining options and walkable to the old town. The room was small but recently renovated and clean. The breakfast is very good. The staff is very nice and always willing to help. I recommend this hotel
Lovely little boutique hotel with good secure parking (pay extra) in central Bordeaux, but a little away from the riverside and main shops restaurants and bars. Nice Nuxe products in bathroom. Could be even better if they upgraded quality of in-room coffee (instant). Better price than the top hotels.
Good hotel. A 10-15 minute walk into centre of town, a few decent places in the immediate vicinity - one excellent coffee shop, Erui. Staff here excellent, our room, 305 was really spacious, lovely bathroom, spotlessly clean but slight smokers smell was the only slight drawback. Excellent parking
This is a very lovely hotel with a courtyard. There is no street parking around the hotel with the closet public parking is 15” walk away. However, the hotel has its own parking facility around the back for €20/night. The room is very roomy ( booked a double) and quiet. I’ll stay at this hotel again.
Lovely , quiet , beautiful courtyard . Great breakfast . The staff was very helpful in assisting us with mailing packages home (too much shopping 😳!)
Breakfast was good .
We bought charcuterie and wine and dined in the courtyard , lovely ! Would stay here again . Oh! And very walkable to all city sites .
The hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood which makes you feel like a local, close to shops, restaurants, and bakeries since Rue Fondaudege is one street over. The beautiful Jardin Public is a couple blocks aways and walking to downtown and the Chartrons area is so easy. I visited in February and walked everywhere since it felt central to everything I wanted to do (which includes the riverfront). My room was nice and clean, I think it’s newly renovated because all the fixtures looked new, and bed was so comfortable. I travelled solo and the area where the hotel is in felt so safe, and there was always someone at the front desk if I ever needed anything.
Nice clean room. Hotel in good location - residential area within walking distance to city centre. Be aware there is no bar at the hotel as advertised. Reception staff pours drinks on demand - not a problem if no one checking at the time.
Breakfast was really bad - with poor choice, non fresh pastries or fresh orange juice.
I had a great stay here. The room was beautiful, if a wee bit chilly at times. Anything I asked for, the staff were able to supply - though when the milk ran out, I had to ask for it to be refilled. Lovely to have a bath, and also an accessible room safe that actually worked (so often hotel rooms safes don't). I liked the stroll to town - the streets were pretty empty but I had no issues. Good restaurant recommendations. A shame the car wasn't much in evidence when I returned. When open, I had a feeling I'd be the role patron, so I stayed in town. (I could have been wrong.) the rope bannister up to my room was fine for me, but some might have struggled - there was help from the staff with my suitcase. The staff were friendly and accommodating. In summer, I'm sure sitting in the garden would be lovely.
