Trevlig personal, väldigt lyhört, musiken från baren hördes tydligt. Även från gatan samt andra gäster hördes röster tydligt in på rummet. Duschen var trasig och vattentemperaturen gick ej att reglera. Frukosten var minimal saknade varm mat. Med tanke på priset nästan 1100 kommer jag inte att boka här igen.

Undvik detta hotell

Ingen information om att receptionen stänger tidigt på kvällen stod nånstans. Istället möts vi av passivt aggressiv personal som inte alls var intresserade av att skapa en trevlig stämning. Rummet var dragit och vi behövdes verkligen extrafiltarna som i sin tur var fulla av skräp och nån annans hår. Som också återfanns i duschen, badrummet var fruktansvärt ofräscht, med en golvbrunn full av tidigare gäst. Frukosten var acceptabel men till det priset måste man kunna förvänta sig ett bättre ställe.

Litet originellt hotell i centrala Borlänge!

Litet,äldre hotell med få rum . Bekväma sängar.Rent i rummen. Äldre möbelemang i övriga hotellet.Spartansk frukost där inte ens äggen var varma. Trångt i frukostmatsalen när man tog sig. WiFi fungerade inte. Toa på rummet men en originell duschanordning. Trevlig personal. Hissen gick tyvärr inte upp till tredje våning där vi hade vårt rum. Bra pris, då mycket var fullbokat i grannkommunerna.

Dårligere enn forventet til tross for prisen

Ikke et sted jeg vil anbefale andre, hadde vært greit om jeg var backpacker, men dette var nok noen hakk lavere enn forventet. Luktet sprit i resepsjonen og når vi fikk rommet luktet det kloakk, så vi krevde å bytte rom. sengene var ok, men resepsjons området var lite tiltalende, badet var utdatert og vegg til vegg teppet på rommet satte igang allergien hos samboeren. Vi lå rett over en nattklubb/ bluessted og vi måtte vudere om vi skulle lukke vinduet for å dempe lyden eller om vi skulle ha det åpent for å få litt frisk luft- var veldig varmt når vi var der. Bildet er fra dusjen, ikke så veldig innbydende...

Spontan bokning för en natts billig vistelse. Fick heller inte mer än så för pengarna, litet rum med liten toa och dusch bakom handfatet. Tog 5 minuter att få varmt vatten. Mycket ljud från nattlivet i stan. Dålig frukost med litet utbud och halvfabrikat. Centralt med snabbt gångavstånd till centrala restauranger.

Bekvämt och enkelt hotell

Övernattade 1 natt. Rummet var helt okej. Personalen trevlig och tillmötesgående. Sängarna var riktigt sköna.

För slitet och enkelt hotell för sitt pris

Rummet luktade gammalt unket, troligen från badrummet som skulle behövas renoveras om. Handdukarna var tvättade i alldeles för mycket parfymerad tvättmedel, vilket gjorde att man själv luktade tvättmedel efter använding. Tv hade bara en kanal; kanal 9. Den hittade inte andra kanaler. I och med att det är ett litet hotell så finns inte 24h service. Annars var personalen trevlig. Även om hotellet är placerat väldigt centralt tycker jag det var ett överpris jag betalade, med tanke på hur man bodde. Hotellet skulle behövas rustas upp ordentligt.
