High altitude pass hotel

Hotel location is extreme, early September, in Morning we hat 7 cm snow on the car roof. Some motorbike travellers had already problems to arrive. Everything works and staff was friendly. Dinner has a little possibility to choose but was fine and reasonably priced. Breakfast was also good. Rooms are renovaded mayby during 80's and hotel is much older. Do not expect too much and your visit is fine and interesting.

Passo Stelvio

Hotel Folgore is a place for athletes and outdoor people. Situated just a few meters below the top of Passo Stelvio at 2758 meter it offers a perfect start for high altitude training. It is also great for walks and battlefield tours from WW 1. The Hotel itself is fairly basic, but the Staff is superb. The service is great, they are friendly and the breakfast and dinner served is typical for the area, varied and tasteful. We would love to come back.

Vom Comfort und der Ausstattung ist es halt ein Berghotel. Aber Grandiose Lage, super nettes Personal und eine gemütliche Lounge mit offenem Feuer Abendessen mit begrenzter Auswahl und Frühstück nicht überragend aber gut

Die Freundlichkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Der Service beim Nachtessen war absolut nicht freundlich. Es wurde nur einmal serviert obwohl in Platten serviert wurde und es gab kein suplement von Gemüse etc.

Flott opphold på Folgore

Flott opphold på Folgore - fantastisk vær og fine fjellturer med utgangspunkt fra hotellet. Hotellet har enkel standard, men rent og ordentlig. Veldig hjelpsom og god service. Vi spiste middag på hotellet hver dag, og maten der er veldig god!
