"I can’t express how lovely and helpful the staff were. Whilst incredibly busy, they took time to regularly check everything was ok and ensure we had a relaxed and comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was good, room comfortable and clean. Bed comfortable. Head supervisor was excellent. A lovely guy who really looked after us and made sure we felt welcomed. "Excellent location for exploring the Gjirokastër bazaar — right in the heart of it all. Arriving close to midnight made parking a bit tricky to find at first, but once we explored the bazaar the next day we discovered a convenient parking deck nearby with shortcuts that made getting to and from the hotel with our bags easy. Our room had stunning views of the mountains, the castle, and the city below — an unforgettable setting. Highly recommend!"
