We’re thankful to Eduardo, Jeff, Roberto ( Brazilan guy at reception desk ) and the Filipino staff member at reception desk. They made us feel welcome and were helpful to us during our stay. "Staff are effective and welcoming. Convenient location."

"Cleanliness and friendly staff. The location is superb for access to metro, restaurants and shopping. The only distress is a night club in front that brought some noise and rough crowds at elevated hours of night. The city of Milan should forbid this late night clubs in favor of tourism and help hotel and service industry survive. You can’t have it both ways dear politicians!"

"We stayed here twice during our Italy vacation. It’s very conveniently located, walking distance from the station, 20/30 min to the Duomo. There is a beautiful park 3 min away, called Parco Biblioteca degli Alberi , mini market right across the hotel and plenty of caffes and restaurants around. Hotel was clean, breakfast buffet was plenty and super nice staff."
