"We had dirty towels that were stained and when I went to call the front desk the phone was not hooked up. The beds were uncomfortable. I would not stay here again. I complained upon departure and the front desk said he would “take care” of our parking as if to compensate me but it was included in the rate."

"check in at 3 we arrive at 255 told they had no clean rooms for the 2 dozen guest ahead of me and to get in line they'd call guest one by one as rooms open up i didn't get a room until 415 and there were 17 guest after me still waiting the staff kept saying don't know what to tell ya we don't have any rooms cleaned like what ?!"

"My stay was good every staff member was so nice,helpful. The only thing that was different then other Marriott i stayed at is the breafast was not the best the oatmeal was not made it was inst in a cup for us to make and the creamer was not filled. No regular sugar only organic sausage every day.."

"Room smelled like dirty diapers. No one at the front desk to answer my phone call several times. No one at desk when I had to physically go there. Long wait times for someone to show up. overflowing garbage at the exterior side entrance for parking. halls and elevators unkept. Same dirty items all week on the floors. pool was closed all week. night supervisor was rude when approached about the Pool. I was attending class all week, and for what I was charged (double what Sheraton was charging with a pool in use), I wanted to see about having my stay discounted for that reason alone. The response was that the pool closure was identified on their website, (maybe it is now,but it wasnt there when I booked my room) and that I already got a discount when I booked through Expedia (which I didnt do), and I would have to go to them to complain. and that the gym is open. I wasn't asking about the gym! what does that have to do with the use of the pool. He walked away without any satisfaction and left a woman at the desk who had only been there 1 week and she was in shock. Bad review for the site, and the service. I would never use them again in the future. KC"
