The hotel is in great location if you are on foot. It is right near bus connections through the center of Everett to Wellington Station, and it is an easy walk to the Chelsea commuter rail station. The property itself is clean and the rooms amenable.

Audrey was absolutely fantastic! She was so personable, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating from the moment we arrived. She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of and made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. The hotel is cozy and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly helpful — especially the manager, Maria. I went to her with a small problem and she immediately took care of it. The next day, she even checked in with me to make sure everything was resolved. She’s truly on the ball and genuinely cares. The hotel itself is clean, peaceful, and overall a very pleasant place to stay.
