Rooms were spacious but bathrooms are tiny, limited towels, staff was not helpful, beds were very hard, rooms flooded from rain storm was told to put luggage on bed. Never tried to do anything about it. Front desk was VERY slow. Rooms were not ready at 4. They had muffins and water daily. NOT worth the price."

The simplicity might be a little less than what some want, but the stay met every one of our needs. The environment was beautiful and the beach was our favorite on the island! "Room was clean. There is no elevator and we were put on the 3rd floor for basically an overnight stay. The front desk staff advised us that the shops were open on Sunday but after a taxi ride into town found out they all close early-what a waste of money. The wait staff in the restaurant were not very friendly. Would not recommend this hotel. "

The WiFi barely works, and the TV doesn’t connect properly, which made it frustrating to relax in the room. "The Galleon House is so quaint and authentic, that we wouldn’t have stayed anywhere else! It is definitely a hike up a hill of steps, which fits into the location perfectly.
