"This is my first time in a Premier Inn, which for the NZ AU people, this is the Jetstar of hotels. The room was tidy, spacious and nice. The hotel was clean and tidy. However the staff (except for one person) were not helpful. For check in, we arrived 15mins early but were not even given a chance to ask for an early check in, we were told to go wait in the restaurant area, as in we were unable to even say our name before being told check in is 3pm not earlier. "Excellent apartment. Needed somewhere to stay for a couple of night's due to some business meetings in Oxford. The host was very communicative pre-arrival & even waited for me as I arrived late. The apartment was super high spec & clean with all the amentities required. Thanks so much for an excellent stay."

"The historic building is simply beautiful, very charming, and well-restored. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was well-equipped. The service in the restaurant was very friendly but extremely slow. The food was rather mediocre. Breakfast was actually quite poor. There was barely a tablespoon of yogurt with the granola, and the toast was cold and hard like rusk. The location itself is beautiful."

"The hotel is very well-situated close to the main Oxford campus and adjoining commercial district. However, it has enough distance so that it feels less crowded. There is also a wonderful shopping mall area within a few minutes walk that has tons of great restaurants across a wide variety of price points.
