The staff were all lovely especially in the kids club where my 7 year old chose to spend most mornings. Great service good value, staff are very attentive with the buggies to get up the hill- we had 2 x 70 year olds with us on a 3 generation holiday. "Villa Puri Ayu has a lot going for it: It's in a pretty good location. You're just outside the busiest area of Sanur so you won't get a lot of foot traffic, but you're close enough to walk toward that area (and the mall) if you really want to (30-ish minute walk). There's quite a few shops to buy souvenirs and a supermarket nearby. Breakfast is provided and is pretty good but had the same dishes.
