"Front desk clerk was super helpful, room was clean and spacious, everything worked well and bed was comfortable. Loved that it was only a few minutes walk from downtown Boulder and was right near the Boulder Creek bike/walking trail. Would definitely recommend it!"

"There was nobody there when I showed up at 6:30. I had to phone for instructions to get my key. This meant that I had to pay $19 in roaming charges to place the call. When I got into my room, I found that the Wi-Fi did not work. I went outside and walked around with my laptop and was able to find an area at the picnic bench on the lawn where I could get an intermittent Wi-Fi signal. Breakfast was mediocre."

"Of course it was Boulder, CO so I had to pay a high price but I expected more value. The property was convieniently located and was basically kept clean. The problem is it is not well maintained for a facility of this stature. For example, the hand rails in the elevators were all loose and revealed that they were not properly installed. This sort of problem shows up in several areas of the room as well. The staff was helpful but always seemed to be somewhere else when you went to the front...

"I had high hopes for this hotel, but the stay fell short in almost every way. Some of the elevators were out of service for most of our visit, which meant hauling luggage down several flights of stairs. For anyone with mobility issues, this would have been a dealbreaker — and there was no apology or heads-up from the front desk. Breakfast was another letdown.
